I'm a teacher and practitioner based in the northern part of the world, Sweden, Scandinavia. Curious and passionate about all things related to the mind, body, and everything in between, I was drawn into a long journey of studying philosophy, psychology, and physiology at university.
With previous work in the military and a long practice background, I firmly believe in a process built on learning through first-hand experience. Talking about practice and theoretical concepts can only take one so far. While the right attitude can certainly influence one’s practice for the better, without sensing, testing, and drawing our own connections, there’s nothing solid to anchor our learning to.
I have over fifteen years of training experience, including lifting weights and calisthenics, as well as more recent years exploring modalities of mobility, gymnastic strength, and acrobatics from a movement-based perspective. In addition to my own training, I have taught and coached in these areas over the past years, enriching my perspective on how to more effectively share and break down knowledge for others on these topics.
Self-observation is a practice I adopted and one that has evolved alongside my other passions. It’s been an impactful tool, gradually developing since my teenage years. Over time, studies and coaching have clarified how I see introspection as an invaluable navigational skill that can potentially aid in guiding us forward through the world.
