Pricing: 200€ / month

How it works

We start by clarifying your aims, constraints, and current level. From there I design a program for your physical practice and we refine it over time through check-ins, feedback on your technique, and adjustments to load and structure. The intention is a sustainable practice that still supports your growth.

Introspective Mentorship

  • Tutoring on the Basics + Course literature
  • 4 x 90 min/call a month
  • 3 month process
  • Continual access to feedback and messaging

Pricing: 275€ / month

How it works

This is an in-depth introductory course in introspective practice for those who wish to build more awareness and competence around their current behavioral, cognitive, and emotional patterns. Between sessions you work with material and  exercises, and have ongoing access to me for questions. The aim is to keep the learning closely connected to your personal situation. This format is for you if you feel pulled in different directions or unsure what to prioritize – where to place your time, energy, and attention. We’ll spend a focused call clarifying your values, aims, and concrete options in front of you, so that your next steps can rest on a clearer foundation.

How it works

Through dialogue we explore your current situation, the psychological hindrances you keep running into, and how they show up in your thoughts, emotions, and behavior. The aim is to clarify what may be blocking movement and to outline a few workable next steps you can try after the session.

Previous Experiences

Introspective practice is the foundation for long lasting change. The story we tell ourselves and our interpretations on events is what drives our behaviors for better or for worst. In the past 12 weeks I have uncovered many “masks” that I thought were the underlying cause of my negative thoughts and emotions only to realize that my core belief was multiple layers beneath the surface. These stories are deeply rooted, which can be embedded since early childhood. You will learn that this practice is not easy, as it will challenge you to be vulnerable and honest in front of a trusted coach. But it is through all of my dialectical processes that I’ve felt the initial impacts of self discovery, self acceptance, and real transformation.
