New to Meditation?

Meditation, as I see it, is a way to sit with experience directly. Alongside other structured ways of training introspection, it offers an embodied approach to observation. And because the task is subtle—and genuinely difficult at first—what happens won’t always feel clear or explicit. If you’re curious about beginning, or you’d like to refine your current practice, I also offer guidance and support for this process. The simplest way is to book a coaching call, or to join one of my in-person meditation courses.
